Mother of 8 month old separation anxiety
My baby is 8 month old. I am unable to stay away from my baby even for an hour. I keep thinking about the baby. I feel no one else can take care of the baby as I do. I am worried that baby will miss me and be upset when I am away. I get bad dreams that something wrong happening to my baby. I cannot even sleep when my baby is away from me in. Different room with my partner. My heart beats fast and my head hurts. What to do about this. What doctor to consult. I want to consult online. I stay in Bangalore. Please help me out
