Before Birth Test for females
Any test my wife can undergo to figure if her body is healthy and balanced for a normal child birth in near future?
PS: I have read about triple test wherein a mother can undergo a blood test to determine if child may have defects during or after birth but I'm looking for a test/check-up before pregnancy

Blood sugar, haemoglobin and urine routine are important tests.
If periods are irregular, hormonal profile may be required.
Routine pelvic sonography is very important.
Other tests like TORCH, ACA etc. May be advised depending on specific history
