Bed wetting at the age of 16
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have been facing the issue of bed wetting since a month. It is occasion, as in I had it almost 4-5 times within a month. I was going through this when I was 12 years old. As I passed through the stage, it stopped. It has started again. I desperately need help. Kindly let me know what can I do to cure myself.

Use alarms for emptying the bladder Avoid taking lots of water before going to bed

Stop drinking water 1hour before your bed time. Before sleeping empty your bladder. If symptom persists then we may need to look for urine routine.
