Hallucinations needs to be evaluated 1. Can be because of zopiclon ( needs to be evaluated 2. It can also be because of some metabolic or infectious cause to rule out all these she needs CBC , LFT, KFT, FBS , PPBS , serum electrolytes ,URINE ROUTINE AND MICROSCOPY , ABG and some radiological examinations also. Please consult your treating physician because it won't be easy to help you on tele consultation. For bed sore : 1. Use Anti bed sore matress. 2.  Regular turning. 3. Bowel and bladder care. 4.High protein diet. 5. Vitamins specially vit C 6. Avoid steroids and heavy sedation. 7. Help her in moving all the body parts on a regular basis. 8. Do regular full body massage. 9. Don't use betadine or detol or savlon etv  to clean the bed sore they will destroy the granulation tissue and slow the healing process. USE  normal saline ( easily available in medical stores) Then apply Hydroheal AM gel do it everyday.
