Bed Sore or pressure sore

Asked for Male, 61 Years

Hello, My Father is bed ridden for more then 15 years. For past 5 years he is having bed/presses sore on both the buttocks.We are doing his dressing everyday but now it's been observed that it is turning into black.Also for past 2-3 days he is having fever. Please find his attached haemogram report for reference. Kindly please suggest a good doctor to treat this. We are not in favour of surgery as my dad is handicapped and cannot move. We are based in Pune.
