Bed bug bite injury

Hi I got bit by a bed bug or lice I guess on my arm . And it was orettt bad now some scab has formed where the bite was but that is surrounded by some red raw new skin . I don't know how it got a big bigger than the usual bite . Anyways I don't think it's infected . What to do ? What's happening ? It looks slightly like a wound
