Usually and in general the multi vitamin supplementation will be given for the patients who are having low level of vitamin b12 , and sometimes for some of the patients with chronic health problems we will provide the becosules, one time in a day for a few weeks to 1 or 2 months. Excess intake and taking for long duration can cause b complex toxicity in the body. please try to take the natural multivitamins present in the food items and don't depend upon the artificial supplementation. if you want in detail I can take me online consultation I will advise you regarding your diet.
