So cefixime100 mg 4 times a day is not suitable for 4 yr baby so should we govfor blood test or waitbfor 1 2 days more

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Antibiotics have no role here.
Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
