You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Becadexamin and Keraglo eva both contain mainly multivitamins, Becadexamin contains vitamin D in addition to B complex while Keraglo eva contains Gamma lino lenic acid ( an essential fatty acid known to prevent Hairfall ) and Biotin. Both have Zinc and other B complex vitamins and minerals in low dose. But only multivitamins may not solve your problem as there are multiple reasons for hair fall.
Next Steps
We always check your scalp and do various tests like hair pull test to know if you are losing hair from roots or its breaking from hair shaft due to rough texture. Also blood tests are very important to check for vitamin deficiencies, thyroid hormone, iron levels ,etc
Health Tips
Temporary treatment with multivitamins only may not be very helpful. Check various posts on hair fall like " Routine hair care is not science" and " I-PRP for hair loss" for more details about hair fall treatment on our instagram page @drjeetendrakhatuja.
