Beats /pulsating in the hip area

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have been treated with kidney stone and waiting for stent removal .Right now ,I am feeling a very little pain in left testicle that in radiating towards thigh.Also, I can feel some beats/pulse like sound below hips(behind thigh) that is coming intermittently.What can be the reason for this pulsating feeling ?
