Hi . greetings. Growth of beard hair is mainly genetic and depends on presence of hair roots and their relative density. However if there's no endocrine problem and if your other secondary sexual characters are in place, then you could probably Try minoxidil or other peptide lotions under prescription and medical guidance. They May work to some extent or may not work at all but may be worth a try if you r really desperate for more beard hair. Hair transplant is another option. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
