Beard hairfall problem

Question

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Some beard hairs are falling off as I move my hand around beard..I also got some itching and burning sensation there..Is it a sign of alopecia barbae..? I also seen ome small pimples at the root of beard hair..Can shaving and applying some cream solve this ..plz help me and suggest me what should i do? Don't wanna lose a single hair of my beard .
