Bathing
I think I have got OCD...Are usually take bath twice every day but three days ago I went at late night. The next day I felt I should again go and this become a pattern. Today I thought I wudnt need to go but my body started feeling weird urge to bath.. As if I had not taken bath whole day despite the fact that I have taken bath twice today.. I am lying in bed n feeling very restless and anxious n craving to put water on me Plz suggest some short term quick solution for dost

Nothing to worry sir....  take anti anxiety drugs alprax 0.25 once a day during night . This is the problem of many people just behavioral modification will change things Resist yourself to bath once-daily and take example of others in the house who bath once daily
