doctor said NO need for PEP treatment because Indian bats don't carry RABIES... what should I do?? is it true bats in india DONT need PEP treatment?? please respond

What your physician told was right. India has only fruit bat. Only vampire bats reported to carry virus which is not in our country. So no need to worry.
