Dear doctor, When there is normal cold and cough for my child, to avoid doctor visit for minor reasons, how can I check that my child lungs are clear and free from infection. I have stethoscope.

Hi look there are 2 types of cough one dry and other with sputum in both cases there will be additional sound and it can be differentiated secondly try to boost immunity of child to not face such recurrent infection.
