Stop taking the drug and pls get a blood panel consisting of CBC, LFT, RFT and Thyroid profile asap.
Bandy plus is not recommended to be used for more than 3-4 days in normal circumstances , perhaps your problem can be due to it.
Anyways, pls consult after getting your blood reports done.

Taking Bandy Plus (Albendazole + Ivermectin) daily for 10 days is much higher than the recommended dose — usually, it’s a single dose or at most 3 days depending on indication. Overuse can temporarily affect your liver enzymes, gut flora, and energy levels, leading to fatigue and weakness.
You should:
Get CBC, LFT, and renal function tests done.
Drink plenty of fluids and eat a balanced diet.
Avoid any more antiparasitic medication until reviewed.

Bandy Plus is a deworming medicine that contains:
• Albendazole 400 mg — kills intestinal worms.
• Ivermectin 12 mg — works against roundworms and some parasites.
It’s usually taken as a single dose (or for 2–3 days only) — not for 10 consecutive days unless specifically prescribed for a rare parasitic infection.

Taking 10 tablets in 10 days can cause:
• Fatigue and weakness (common if drug burdened your liver or caused mild anemia).
• Loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal pain.
• Headache, dizziness, muscle pain.
• Rarely: Liver enzyme rise (temporary hepatitis-like reaction).
• Very rarely: Bone marrow suppression (causing fatigue or low blood counts).
