I have been balding for a few years now. There is almost no hair left on the crown. It is otherwise pretty good elsewhere. Can it be reversed permanently with medication only? If no then what should be done?

Hi
Unfortunately there is no permanent cure for baldness. This is an ongoing process. Medicine can only arrest further hair loss and preserve your hair line. However it cannot regrow hair. Transplantation is the only option for the Crown area
