Bald patches on scalp
I have bald patches on my scalp; mostly on the back of my scalp. i've been diagnosed with folliculitis multiple times in the last one year. i have bumps as well on the back of my scalp and the bald patches seem to be getting worse.
what can be this due to and what line of treatment should i consider? i have attached a photo for reference.
