Actually i was suffering from balantis
Now i am fine
My dermatologist recommended me to keep hygine for non reoccurance of balantis
Should i use a normal soap(like aloe vera soap) for washing glans of penis? Or some medicated like ketoconazole shampoo
And can i apply coconut oil on daily basis on penis and penis glans?
Pls help
