Balanitis issue not resolving

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I'm getting red spots and itching on head of the penis. Currently it's the third third episode in last one year. It comes and goes. I visited a local skin doctor who said it is Candida Balanitis. Got my Blood test done for sugar, all reports came normal. What must I do to stop getting recurrent balanitis. Please suggest, thanks.
