Balanitis due to diabetes?
I have had inflammation on my penis for a year now. I have many white stuff under my foreskin even if I wash often. Sometimes it hurts to pull back skin and sex hurts too. Sometimes also it seems there are small cuts on my head. I just took urine test and there were no bacteria or yeast found but I did have ketones and high glucose if 305. Can the penis issue be due to diabetes if so what can I do to help it will it return to normal ever

Your problem is due to High blood sugar levels.if you are newly detected diabetic, you need to control your sugar levels.
