My father lost balance and unable to speak properly due to neuro disorder which has happened to him 1 year ago too but now he is unable to walk and talk properly.....kindly advise whether Hospital admission is required or not kindly specify medication to do....and how to proceed.

He requires a neurologist consultation and complete evaluation..Based upon the evaluation you can start further treatment
