Bad throat,cough
I have a bad throat problem since a year. Every possible remedy i have taken to clear my throat but didnt work. Diagnosed earlier but they called it normal due to much body heat. I am a singer and voice is an asset for me to do that. I dont eat any spicy and sour food, no much cold water but not getting why i am having this throat problem everytime. Little cold air passes through me and i get cold a very next day. Awaz puri tarah se baith gayi hai meri... And now it has started paining because i am a professor and i need to talk continue. Please suggest what should i do for this and recommend a best way to get rid of it.

Voice abuse could be the main reason as your work demands the need to sing & talk .

A trial of absolute voice rest can help. But better option is to check with a ENT surgeon

If findings are normal, professional voice therapy, increased fluid intake. I'm assuming you have taken an ENT specialist's opinion.
