I received a painkiller injection on 5th September. Since then, I have been experiencing soreness and discomfort at the injection site. Initially, I thought it was normal post-injection pain, but even after more than a week, the area still feels sore and uncomfortable, I am having trouble in moving my hand and it's stiff like a rock. I am concerned because I expected the soreness to reduce by now. I would like to know if this is normal healing or if it could be due to an infection, reaction, or another complication needing treatment.
