Bad sciatic pain now bleeding

Asked for Female, 73 Years

My mum is 74 and had had bad sciatic pain for past 3 weeks. Now she has bleeding on her Pad. She is unsure what this could be, perhaps it's her kidneys. Should she go to hospital or call in house doctor.

hi, If bleeding is per vagina, please get her ultrasound whole abdomen done immediately, to rule out any abnormal growths in uterus or cervix. Even if there is some pathological changes in kidneys, it will be ruled out with ultrasound. For kidney check, get her routine and microscopic urine examination done.
