Very bad back pain
From past 2 days iam suffering from mild fever and a very bad back pain. I took dolo 650 and the fever came down but i still have a very bad back pain and cant sleep at nights for it.
Can anyone please suggest me what to do, i really dont want to take painkillers.
There is a viral fever going on in bangalore so can this backpain be a symptom of it?
Kindly help me and let me know.

This seems to be viral fever only, you should take rest and visit a nearby physician to rule out other diseases
