Don't worry my friend. Take a deep breathe and gather courage to visit a Psychologist to vent out your issues. Things are not as bad as they always look. You don't need to be sick to visit a Psychologist. We all need to learn to open up. At times, we don't open up to family or friends because of the fear of being judged. This is where a Psychologist can help by listening to us in a non- judgemental manner.
