There are several reasons of bad breath u will have to rule out all the reasons to come to a diagnosis-
Gastric upset , constipation
Cavity in one or more teeth
Inappropriate methods of toothbrushing
Mouth dryness etc.
For temporary purpose u can use clohex mouthwash and get the professional cleaning done by dentist
