I’ve been dealing with bad breath for almost two years now. I’ve always had good hygiene so I can’t blame it on that. I recently noticed that my tonsils have what looks like holes. And I also notice it has like a white maybe yellow dot. Recently I’ve been having trouble swallowing food and my tonsils are swollen. They always get swollen and go away. Help please

Bad breath is a very common problem and could be for various reasons, one of them being oral hygiene. Would advise you to see an experienced dentist along with an Oral Surgeon who to evaluate the reason for the white spot and bad breath. Also would suggest to see an ENT specialist for your tonsils.
The reason of bad breath could be many, like not brushing twice daily after meals, having a lot of diet rich in fats that produce ketones contributing to bad smell in mouth, also not having lots of water where the mouth dries up,so get a thorough cleaning and scaling from a dentist.
