Hi..... Visit a dentist for Scaling/Cleaning. Rinse your mouth properly after eating anything. Brush twice daily, brushing at night time before going to the bed is a must. Use a mouthwash Occasionally .

Hi. Bad breadth can have many causes. Poor oral hygiene, stomach problems or throat problems. So get them checked one by one. First get it checked by dentist. Take care.

Even if you take good care of your oral hygiene it is important to get your scaling and polishing done (cleaning of teeth) at least once a year. Home maintainence with twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash also helps avoid bad breath
