Bad breath due to aligners

Hi im on my aliners currently i kind of have tonsil stones and im habituated to mint freshners. so, can i use mint strips while im on my aligner...??? TIA..!

Hello, It will be better if you don't use mint strips while wearing Aligners. If you want to use it . You can use it when you are not using Aligners.

Next Steps

For tonsil stones you can use warm saline gargle and mouth washes as home remedy to maintain good oral hygiene after brushing. Other than that you can consult one ENT specialist for Tonsil related issue if it persists.
