Make sure you clean your tongue while brushing teeth , remove all the mucous, consume water frequently at least once in 2 hours ,include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet, brush twice a day , avoid junk foods , rinse with water every time after eating food , rinse with warm salt water 3-4 times a day , you will see the change :)
