Bad appearances of the eyes. People?

The sclera of my eyes are pale yellow in color. There is an dark ring over and beneath of the blacks of the eye. Also an pale whitish ring can be seen at sides of the blacks. There are brown spots in the sclera too and the sclera is always bloodshot and dull. People tend to ask me are you tired? why you look dull? are you drunk? why are your eyes yellowish? why your eyes are red? why your eyes looks like it has an trouble? what happened to your eyes? because of these questions and many questions like this makes me to avaoid eye contact with people. This thing eats my basic confidence to live my life and i find it difficult to face people because im feared when they gonna question about my eyes. To my knowledge, my eyes were perfect white and black 10 years ago. Now im 24 and struggling with this thing. I haven't tried smoke or alcoholism. But why does it changed to a problem that has put myself away from people? Please help me out with this
