Initial my brother have small lump in tha back of the ear and while speaking he have cough
We have gone for checkup. doctor asked us to take blood test. in that crp is 117.5 and sgop is 69 and sgpt is 63 and they have take Ct scan for neck and chest
It report no infection in lung and lump node in back of thr ear. Then doctor asked us to take biospy for that lump node. it results reactive lymphadenitis.
In that time brother weight was 68. Doctor Given antibacterial tablet for infection. After that lumpnode disappeared. He taken anti bacterial tablet for two weeks after that doctor have given live tablets. Now he continuing that tablet. Again Yesterday we have taken blood test . Now crp level is reduced to 59 and sgot and spgt is still maintaing the same and he having huge weight loss 68 to 62.
Kindly suggest what to do with next.
