Bacteria over ruled my nostrils

Hello doctor, Bacteria is over ruling my nostrils , and the skin near it is becoming black... I even have gone through laser toning, but the effect was temporary, I want to get rid of these bacteria in my nose, kindly help. It's breaking my confidence, feel like going nowhere and just sitting at home , and show my face to no one...
