Bacteria infection in TESTICLE. Now!

I have low grade fever frequent urination and my left testicle is hanging different than right with a bit of sensation like kind of inflammation no problem in left i thought i had bacteria infection epididymitis so i went to urologist my senen analysis report says 8 to 10 puscell 29 millions per ml sperm count which was low and ultrasound of testicle report says mild hydrocele in left testicle inahd this symptoms for 5years or something but instead of diagnos the type of bacteria through semen culture sensitivity and giving antibiotics my doctor gave me multivitamin for next 60 days to increase sperm count what should i do in understand that antibiotics may effect sperm count but it can be increased by changing diet and lifestyle after stopping antibiotics so why he is waiting for 2 months instead of diagnos and kill bacteria right now
