Backwards birth control
Hello my Doctor told me to start trinessa the sunday after I finished my menstrual cycle. I did that however I accidently started the pills backwards. So with trinessa it goes White: low does
Light Blue: Medium dose
Blue: HIgh dose
I took blue high dose first for a week.
Should I stop the pills and just start over next month or should I continue

If you taken only on Sunday , it is ok . Start from low dose and fix time of pill intake so that blood level of pill is maintained .
