May be due to allergic Rhinitis. Avoid dust cold Cold water . You need Antihistamines + antibiotics + nasal spray + steam inhalation etc May need a xray of face also . You can do text consultation with me pressing on "chat now " option if you wish Thanks

Are u using any puffs for ur allergy?..if so backache could be a side effect... Check serum calcium levels...and xray for thoracic  and lumbar regions Ur allergy also needs attention and can be controlled
