Hello. Back problem has no age of onset. You may have underlying pathology of lumbo-sacral spine. Ankylosing spondylosis is very common at your age, which manifests as low back pain. Do an X-ray of Lumbo-sacral spine (AP + Lateral views) & Sacro-iliac joints (AP view) and visit any orthopedician or rheumatologist. For pain you can take Tab ZERODOL-MR twice daily after meals for 3 days. Hope this helps.
