M having severe back ache from neck and sideways i have 4 months baby through normal delievery nd nw its becoming unbearable

Its common post delivery due to lifting your baby leading to bending of neck thus causing spasm of neck muscle, but examination by orthopedic dr is must to rule out other possible causes of neck pain.
