Backache from last two days
Dear sir From last two days , I have backache . It was started when I was tried to bend I feel pain in back . From those time I have pain .  I also  feel that have gas in stomach.

You can take some over the counter pain relief tablets, or sprays, if it doesn’t get better then visit a an orthopaedic doctor
