Back spams and neck pain
My collegue is experiencing back spasms and neck since the past week. She is not able to bend forward and experiences pain every few hours or so. She is taking pain killers for the moment and one of the physiotherapist suggested sessions to heal such spasm and pain.

Hi good morning as I went through your friend back n neck pain problem, better ask ur friend to do moist hot pack for 15-20 min for 2-3 times a day. Avoid sitting on low level or ground ask him to take rest for 1-2 days as pain reduces start with mild stretching n then progress. Still problem persist then contact good Physio who will guide n treat properly.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
