Back side head pain
Back side head pain and also neck pain.this problem is from 2days.when i use pillow problem pain is increasing.
Give me some solution.

Hello there...... apply cold, such as an ice pack or ice wrapped in a towel, for up to 20 minutes several times a day. Or alternate the cold treatment with heat...... Begin daily gentle stretching, including neck rolls and shoulder rolls, ....maintain proper posture while sleeping....Consider anti gastric medications for few days.....Consult Physician.....
