Back/right side, and testicle pain
I've been having pains in my back/ right side (possibly kidney) and also discomfort in my right testicle as well as a little bit of my right leg. I've been kind of fasting so I thought it's probably just Dehydration but I don't think this is the case

All these are symptoms of UTI or stone disease.. Get an USG abdomen and pelvis and Urinalysis done.. Get back to me with reports for further treatment
