Hi as per the report your mother has got 2 issues 1 she got lumbar spondylosis ( means degenerative changes ) occurs as age progress. 2- there is forward slip of one vertebrae L-4 over L-5. This may happened due to progressive degeneration of lumbar spine and discs.

This is showing anterolisthesis that is forward translation of the spine and disc, also some degeneration is happening around the joint. Would advice you to visit youre nearest PT, physiotherapy center or come to physionautics for detailed physical assessment and pain releif and also work on the muscular strength of the back

She has lumbar spondylosis which is a degenerative change in the spine with age. Report also suggestive of vertebral body one over the other. Hence, to confirm need to see the X ray. Kindly check for her vitamin D and calcium levels. She needs to undertake physiotherapy which works more on her core to prevent further shift of the vertebrae.

Take her to physiotglherapy clinic. Through electro therapy and exercises, the pain will be reduced and strengthening exercises will be suggested. At home can do hot pack with diclofenac applicatiom twiceba day to relive pain.
