Back pain problem
From last few days , I am suffering from back pain , and this problem for me last 5 year and it will come any time after one year and some time three month at that time , i am not be able to walk , run .
I don't have any bone problem, can someone tell me what is issue behind this.

It is a mechanical back pain due to lack of strength in back muscles,consult physiotherapist they will teach you exercises and strengthen your back muscles
