Back pain only left side
I have back pain only on left side slightly above buttocks which I assume to be a self limiting acute pain. I lifted some weight before one month and since then I have this pain. Last few days the pain is intensive and hurts more when I bend down while standing with my knee straight or lift my left leg up while sitting with knee straight. Kindly advice.

Hello! According to your history you could have a muscle injury in the back that let to muscle spasm. I advice you ice application for 10 minutes twice a day.application should be done with ice wrapped in a wet towel on the painful area. Forward bending and twisting should be avoided.back strengthening exercises should be done once the pain subsided to prevent further episodes.
