Back pain /marphan syndrome
I have severe back pain issue fr shuch i m goung to hv an mri .I am suspecting i hv marphan syndrome .always had very thin long finger nd long arms despite weight gain the skeletal looks something wrong .flat feet toi .checked the thumb nd wrist myself nd also arms greater than hieght .Any test apart from bavk spine mri which can detect marphan abnormality

With all due respect, detecting marphan syndrome requires through clinical examination and expertise in the subject field. You cannot just read it and come to diagnosis. Anyways marohans have follwing featurs High palate roof, pupils and iris defect, mitral valve prolapse, disproportionately large arms etc
