I wanted to know that what kind of mattress should I use so that I should not have any back pain issues. Also,if I use a combination of Pu foam and memory foam OR a complete foam mattress, is that good to use in our daily routine.?? I know that I should take care on my posture or do regular exercises to avoid any back pain issues but also wanted to know the kind of mattress I can use as they also play a part for our back pain issues.
Please advise.

Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
