Hello
I am 8 month pregnant. I have severe lower back pain on left side. What should I do to reduce it? Is there any reason for left side pain only?

Since you are touching 8 months plus there are chances that the uterus tries to fit into the pelvis maybe because you having pain so you can take paracetamol if hot compression doesn't work
